Service is a crucial part of our identity here at Brockport First Baptist. The whole purpose of doing church is to partner with God in the divine work of renewing the world. We live out this belief every day by striving to embody God's love for our neighbors, our communities, and the earth in concrete ways. If you are looking for opportunities to serve, our church has a place for you.

Serving within the church is just one part of our vision for service. We are always in need of help—whether you're looking for a one time service opportunity or desire to serve more regularly.

Serving is a great way to get connected, meet people, learn more about our church, and put your faith into practice. Most everyone in our church serves in some way, most on a 1-2 times per month basis. Current service opportunities in the church include:

• Nursery School Volunteers

• Sunday School Teaching Assistants

• Audio/Visual Team

• Music Ministry (we especially need bassists and drummers)

• Greeters / Connection Center

The real crux of our vision for service comes with serving our community. We are always in need of volunteers for The Gathering Table, our monthly meal for the community. We are also always accepting clothing donations for our Teen Closet. Check the events page for more upcoming service opportunities.
